• Creating the content of the defined documentation components.  This usually includes teaming with the organizations internal staff to produce quality documentation that is customized and streamlined for the organization.

• One-time project plan advisement, setup, role planning, infrastructure planning and related template setup.
• Selection and installation of Project Planning software.

Independent Validation and Verification:

• Project oversight and/or evaluation - We will help kick-off a new project, streamline an existing project or help put processes in place to get a project back on track.
• Provide independent validation of an existing project for completeness and/or corporate compliance.
